This 60-minute workshop will give you a brilliant taster of the Pilates technique and how The Pilates Corner, Baldock, can help you build confidence, feel more energised, as well as gain strength and mobility.

We are offering two group sessions during the Baldock Festival; 

Saturday, 18th May 2024, 12:30-1:30pm & Sunday, 19th May 2024, 12:30-1:30pm.
