Low Intensity Pilates

A gentler session than our regular Pilates classes, the Low Intensity class is just as it says in its name.

Less levels are offered, and the general pace is slower, giving you more time to work through each exercise.

Great for beginners, and those recovering from injury, pregnancy or just want a lower intensity class.
Every class finishes with relaxation.
