Our mixed level Pilates classes are suitable for all members, every exercise starts at a beginner level and is layered to make it more challenging to those that are stronger/more experienced.
There is never any pressure to go up the levels, you should stay on whichever level feels right on your body at the time.
Every class finishes with relaxation.
Suitable during pregnancy and post-birth.
