PILATES CIRCUITS CLASSES

Pilates circuits is designed to work your body hard, pushing you to the max for a short period of time, then moving onto a different muscle group. We work both strength and cardio stamina in this fun filled class. We will use equipment to get your heart pumping and your sweat dripping!

Each Class holds a maximum of 8 people, Zoom access is also available but be aware some exercises may require equipment you cannot duplicate at home.
