CLASS OVERVIEW

A membership or credit pack is required for ALL group classes. To find out more click here

Please use our booking system TeamUp to book or cancel your classes. As a member you can choose to have a reservation in the same class each week, guaranteeing your space, or if you require more flexibility you may book as you go up to 8 weeks in advance.
If you cannot attend we kindly ask that you cancel your space with at least 12 hours notice to avoid being charged.

All of our Pilates classes are Mat-Based and suitable for people of all ages from 16 years upwards. Beginners to Advanced level welcome.

We are also able to cater for pre and post natal clients.
