There are many reasons people would choose to do a one to one session over a group session,.
Mainly due to confidence or recovery from injury, or if you’re completely new and have absolutely no idea and are really nervous about joining a group, then a one to one session or a group of one to one sessions may be a really nice introduction for you.
We don’t insist upon these.
Some people can’t attend a regular class time on the timetable, so like to have a session for themselves.
These are run from our studio. We have a second studio within the Pilates corner where we hold our one to one sessions.
We can also hold small group sessions for up to two people.
