How do I get started?

To join the studio, the best way to try us out is with our intro offer. The intro offer includes an induction session.

The induction is designed to have you come into the studio for the first time when it’s not particularly busy and it’s just other people that are also on induction with you.

You get to see where the lockers are, where the loos are, where we keep all of the equipment, and find out how the studio feels for yourself.

It’s a 90 minute session that run by Emma (owner of The Pilates Corner) and in that session, you’re going to learn the basics of Pilates and some of the exercises that will help you in a group session to make you feel a little bit more confident coming in to the studio when there’s a regular class going on.

I know it can be quite anxiety-led when you come to an exercise class for the first time. So the induction is a really great way to get you relaxed about coming to the studio. You can see where to park, how to get in, and all the bits and pieces that you may be wondering about before you come into the studio for the first time.
