The maximum number of people we have in our studio classes is 12. With the hybrid option that we offer, we can have more than 12 with people on Zoom.
However, the number of people in the studio itself is never more than 12.
Some of our classes are much smaller than this, and our small equipment, trigger point, and bar are limited to 10 per class.
