Pilates can be hard, it doesn’t have to be, but if you’re doing it correctly, you should feel what I call the ooh.
Ooh, I can feel my muscles working. If you’re not feeling the ooh, you’re probably not doing it right and it’s best to ask your instructor.
But it shouldn’t be painful. None of the exercises that we teach in class should cause you any pain.
And if you have any injuries or limitations, we’re able to adapt all of the exercises to make sure you don’t feel any pain during the class.
