At The Pilates Corner we create a welcoming environment, to gently introduce you into the technique, alongside others that are also new to Pilates.

Post-natal Courses

  • We run our four week courses in line with the school terms to avoid clashing with school holidays.
  • All courses are held on Fridays at 11:00am - 12:00pm See below for course dates and for details of how to reserve your space.

When am I allowed to attend?

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable.

We ask that you attend in person if at all possible, as you will benefit the most from being in the studio with the equipment. But if for any reason you can't make a class one week, we offer the option of joining us via zoom link from home, or having a recording of the class sent to you to do at home in your own time.

All of our courses run on Fridays from 11:00am-12:00pm.
