You may attend AS MANY of the free classes as you wish (once per class type)
throughout the month of July.
This means you can attend a Barre, Circuits, Trigger Point, SOULfusion, Small Equipment and Power Pilates class for FREE! Although if you did take advantage of the offer in June you don't get a second free class I'm afraid, but you're welcome to try any other class types you didn't get round to.
If you downloaded a credit but haven't used it yet it will now enable you to book in July (you don't need to get another credit).
Simply click on the relevant button below (or scan the poster at the studio) for the class type you'd like to try, to get a free credit added to your TeamUp account.
You may try as many of the class types as you wish, but only one of each class type per member. You can even bring a non-member friend along for FREE too!

T&C's
- You must have an ACTIVE membership with us to attend for free. A charge of £15 will be added to your account if booked without a membership (with the exception of friends who must attend with an ACTIVE member).
- Class numbers are limited and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Receipt of a free class credit does not guarantee a place in a class.
- Free credits can only be used during the month of July 2022.
- Cancellation policy of 12 hours applies to free class credits.
- You must select the free class credit to be applied when booking or your membership credit will be used instead. Watch this short video to see how to purchase and book using the free credit on the app.

What is Barre?
Barre is a mixture of Pilates, Ballet and body conditioning.
A great way to tone and burn calories, brilliant fun for everyone.
What is SOULfusion?
SOULfusion is a mix of Pilates, Yoga, and strength training. A little bit of co-ordination goes a long way in this routine driven class. A brilliant sweaty class that really stretches you out and gets your heart pumping.
What is Circuits?
Circuits is a 45-minute class, designed with 11 different Pilates-based exercises and 2 minin-trampoline based exercises. Each exercise is done for 2 minutes with a 45 second recovery before moving on to the next one.
A fun but challenging workout, brilliant for cardio improvement.
What is Trigger Point Pilates?
Trigger point is suitable for EVERYONE and if you haven't already tried it, I would definitely recommend you give it a try. The majority of the class is spent laying down on a roller or the soft spiky balls. Leave the class feeling free of tension and stress. A lovely gentle class.

What is Power Pilates?
Power Pilates is a 45-minute class that is fast and furious. Each of the 7 exercises are done for 45-seconds with a 15 second rest between them. The sequence is repeated 4 times for a fantastic strength and calorie burning blast.
What is Small Equipment?
Small Equipment is similar to your regular Pilates class but with the guarantee that you'll be using the equipment so even the easier options will ensure you are working to your best ability. A fabulous fun class that will have you feeling the muscles for a couple of days after class!
