You're nearly ready to book your first class, just one more step before you do...

If you have not attended regular pilates classes in the last month prior to joining The Pilates Corner
we require you to attend a 60-minute induction class before you book in your studio classes. The cost of the induction is £10 payable upon booking your space.

In this small group session we will go over the basics of the technique to ensure you are executing them correctly (and safely) before going into a studio class. We can also use this time to offer any alternatives for you if you have any injuries or ailments that prevent you from doing any of the exercises fully.
This way both you and your instructor can be confident you will be able to get the most from your classes with us.

One session is usually all that is required before attending group classes, however in some circumstances we may feel that further preparatory classes are required, such as a 1:1 session or another assessment class. If this is deemed necessary an additional cost will be applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse you access to the main studio classes if we feel it is not suitable for you to do so.
