This is a unique class designed for new mums with or without previous Pilates experience.

You are welcome to bring your baby along to the class with you, it is an extremely relaxed environment where you can stop and see to your baby’s needs and rejoin in when they are settled.

There will never be more than 6 mums in this short course enabling us to work closely to bring your body back into correct posture following pregnancy and child birth.

We focus predominantly on the pelvic floor and the abdominal muscles and work gently on repairing weaknesses that have developed throughout pregnancy.
Who are these classes suitable for?
Following a natural birth, you can attend after 6 weeks
For Caesarean Section births you may attend 12 weeks after birth.
It is always recommended that you get the approval from your midwife or GP before beginning any form of exercise following pregnancy and childbirth.
