PIYO LIVE! CLASSES

PiYo Live! has been designed by BeachBody – the company that bought us InsanityTM. It is an aerobic blend of Pilates and Yoga and is huge amounts of fun. These choreographed classes run in a rolling 8 week rota. All classes throughout the week will do the same choreography, and each 8-week block will have an optional workshop to learn the moves at a slightly slower pace. It is not compulsory to attend for all 8 weeks, nor must you join the class on week 1, however the best results are achieved by coming regularly and you can see your improvement week on week, as the class pace progresses with the weeks.

NEW ROUTINE LAUNCH CLASS

Next new routine starts on Monday, 23rd November 2020. Why not try our 90 minute introduction to PiYo workshop on this date to get a good understanding of the class. Cost £15.00

MONDAY

1:30pm-2:30pm with Emma (Live and ON ZOOM)

SATURDAY

10:30am-11:30am with Emma (Live and ON ZOOM)

The Saturday class will run until 14th November 2020 then we will be replacing this class with SOULfusion

COST: 1 class credit

CAPACITY

Each Class holds a maximum of 6 people (3 during Covid but also running on Zoom at the above times). Please book before turning up to avoid disappointment.
