POWER PILATES
Power Pilates is a fun and energetic class. Based on a PIIT28 format (Like HIIT but Pilates) we do 7 exercises in a class, each one performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds recovery. The 7 exercise sequence is repeated 4 times in a row (with a short break between sets). Add a warm up and Cool Down/Stretch you have a small but perfectly formed 45 minutes dose of Cardio, Core and Fat burn.
This class is not for beginners to exercise, although you do not need to have any pilates experience to attend, we do advise attending at least one regular pilates session before attending this class. It is not recommended for those with any respiratory complications or joint/mobility problems as the class is fast paced with lots of getting up and down off the floor. We also do not recommend for during pregnancy, however post-natal clients that wish to attend should contact us before booking.
Trainers aren’t necessary but a bottle of water is a definite must (and maybe a towel).
