Before you join us

All new clients must attend an induction with us - This is a 90-minute session with one of our expert instructors - either in a small group of up to 6 people, or you can pay extra for a private induction if you prefer.
The induction covers the basic technique you need to know before attending group classes, and gives us the opportunity to work with you closely and offer any adaptations that may be required.
It’s also a great opportunity to visit the studio when it’s nice and quiet, with other people in the same situation as you, which we find really helps remove any anxiety before joining a regular session.
The cost of the induction is £25 on its own, or you can purchase one of our intro offers for the best value for money.
