Welcome to PWE@HOME! On-demand fitness videos for you to enjoy, at times which work for you! All sessions are taught by Emma, in her usual, easy going style with plenty of direction and levels offered throughout.
You can find Mat based Pilates (mixed level), BarreConcept, PiYo, PiiT and SOULfusion; most are 1-hour long classes but look out for some 10-minute focus sessions being added soon.
Some videos are recorded from a live online class, and some were exclusively recorded for this library. New videos are added several times a month, so there’s always something new to try!
AFFORDABLE – EASY ACCESS – 1 MONTHLY PAYMENT
You may also buy 1 individual class at a time for £7.50 directly from the library.
For £30 a month (£1 a day), you’ll get unlimited access to all of my videos, plus exclusive offers like class discount codes or free classes.
It’s a monthly recurring payment which is charged on the same day every month (so if you sign up on the 15th of January your future payments will be charged to your card on the 15th of the month until you cancel.
It’s super-easy to cancel at any time, no commitment, but you do need to email us to cancel your recurring payment 7 days before the end of the month or your next payment will be taken automatically on 1st of the month. You can always rejoin again in the future.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up and directly on the PWE@HOME page.
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email from onPodio to confirm your payment.
3. Go to our library page and select the class you wish to do. (The videos are grouped by class type, so scroll down to choose your favourite).
4. You will be taken straight to the video of the class and will also be sent an email with a link to the class to do for up to 7 days when that link will expire.
7. Subscription to PWE@HOME is rolling – you have to manually cancel it via your onPodio user log in before your next payment is due to be charged. Pilates with Emma cannot offer refunds after your card has been charged for the next month’s subscription.

10 MINUTE ABS BLAST – A tough little workout designed to target your entire abdominal area!
10 MINUTE BUM BLAST – A tough mini session aimed at tightening your tush!
10 MINUTE LEG BLAST – A tough leg routine to really work all the major leg muscles!
10 MINUTE ARM BLAST – Using weights (or something similar if you don’t have actual weights) really challenge the arms with this short but sweet workout.
PILATES CLASSES
Pilates Class level – All of the Pilates videos are mixed level, which means they are suitable for beginners to advanced. Only work at the level that feels right for your body at the time. Drop to a lower level if you are feeling any pain or stop altogether.
If in any doubt, skip the exercise and continue with the next one.

BARRECONCEPT CLASSES
A brilliant mix of Ballet moves, Pilates strengthening, and body conditioning these classes will make you sweat!
(A little co-ordination goes a long way in these classes!)

PiYO CLASSES
A fun mix of Pilates, Yoga and Cardio. Not for the faint-hearted, this is a challenging class!
2 Classes available
PiiT (POWER PILATES) CLASSES
A 45-minute HiiT style class with Pilates moves, 7 exercises repeated 4 times (on for 45 seconds, 15 seconds rest).
3 Classes available
SOULfusion CLASSES
A brand new class style (similar in design to PiYo), a fun filled pilates/yoga/strength training exercise using small hand-weights to intensify your workout.
