Our weekly timetable has been designed to offer a variety of different class types at times that work for our clients.

You do not need to attend the same class each week, although you can reserve a place in your favourite class as an ongoing booking if you prefer. If you miss a week you can use the class credit to attend another session within your membership period, so you don't miss out if you go away on holiday or are unwell.
