People often worry that they’re not going to be able to do the exercises.
The way we structure our classes is such that every exercise starts at a beginner level, making it easier for you to join into all of the exercises, laying them up to the next level when you feel ready.
We’ll keep a close eye to make sure you don’t do more than you’re ready for.
And if you can’t do the basic level we can modify it even further to make sure it’s accessible for you.
There should never be an exercise where we say ‘sit this out’, we always make sure there’s something you can do.
