Although we do have bars on the side of the walls, so you can use these to help you get down to the floor and back up again, if it’s just that balance that you’re worried about.
However, we do offer chair based Pilates classes, which are set in the afternoons, and it’s all based on a chair, so if you do struggle to get to the floor or have any fear of getting stuck on the floor, then maybe our chair Pilates classes will be better for you.
