What if I don’t know what I’m doing?

In your first couple of classes you might find that people are better than you because you are going to be a beginner if you’ve never done Pilates before.

But it won’t be long before you’re starting to feel like you understand the exercises a bit more, you’ll recognise some of the moves, as they do get repeated occasionally.

Each session has about eight exercises in it, and there’s about 35 exercises in total that we play around with, so you will see the same exercises more often than not.

And then, before you know it, there’ll be other new members coming in, and you will no longer be the newest person in the class, and you’ll feel like the expert.

So don’t worry about this, you’re not going to feel like the one in the room for very long that knows the least.
