We recommend wearing something comfortable that you can easily move in.
It shouldn’t be overly cumbersome, as we do need to see the alignment of your body.
Thin layers work best, so you can take them off as you start to get warmer and put them back on again if you cool down.
Socks are optional. Trainers are not required.
We just request that you don’t wear anything with buckles or anything sharp that may damage our mats.
