We offer a variety of classes at our studio. The most popular being our mixed level Pilates.
These are suitable for everybody, whether you’re a complete beginner or extremely advanced.
We manage this by having all of the exercises starting at a beginner level and we layer up the exercises to make them more challenging for those people who can and want to go to a higher level.
There’s absolutely no pressure to go to a higher level and we make sure that you’re not working to a level that you’re not quite ready for.
Our instructors are hands on, so we make sure that you’re doing the technique correctly.
And if we think you could work a little bit harder, we might encourage you to work to the next level.
