I'm Emma, Studio Director at The Pilates Corner in Baldock. I've been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and I've worked with hundreds of women who came through our door in pain - with bad backs, recovering from surgery, stiff from years of desk work, or just feeling like their body had stopped cooperating.
