Built around postnatal recovery

Every session is designed specifically for postnatal bodies - not a modified general Pilates class, but a course built from the ground up for new mums.

🫀

Pelvic floor restoration

Pregnancy weakens the pelvic floor significantly. We work to rebuild it gradually and safely, reducing leakage and restoring function.

💪

Core rehabilitation

We address Diastasis Recti (tummy muscle separation) with exercises that heal rather than harm - no crunches or sit-ups here.

🙆

Posture & upper body

Feeding, lifting, and carrying all take a toll on your back and shoulders. We counteract this with targeted upper body and postural work.

Energy & stamina

Done right, exercise gives you energy rather than depleting it. By the end of six weeks most mums feel noticeably stronger and less fatigued.

Frequently asked questions

Our postnatal courses are designed for complete beginners as well as those who've done Pilates before. We start gently and progress at a sensible pace, ensuring everyone feels safe and supported while building strength, posture, and confidence.
Comfortable clothing you can move in, a bottle of water, and anything your baby might need - nappies, a blanket, toys. We provide mats and equipment in the studio.
If you experienced complications, we recommend getting clearance from your GP or midwife before joining. Once you have approval, we can adapt the exercises to ensure they are safe and appropriate for your recovery.
Yes - some moves aren't safe right away. Pregnancy often causes tummy muscle separation (Diastasis Recti) and a weakened pelvic floor. Standard exercises like crunches and sit-ups can make this worse. Our postnatal course uses exercises specifically chosen to heal rather than harm, rebuilding strength at a safe pace.
Yes. Our classes specifically focus on improving posture, strengthening your core and pelvic floor, and building upper body strength - all of which can ease the back pain that comes from lifting and feeding your baby.
Absolutely. Babies are welcome but by no means required. If you have childcare available and prefer to come to class on your own, that's completely fine.
Of course. Book a free no-obligation chat with us - ask any questions you have and we'll make sure the course is the right fit for you before you commit to anything.
