Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know about membership, bookings, payments and cancellations at The Pilates Corner.

Effective February 2026

Welcome to The Pilates Corner. We're thrilled to have you as part of our community. These Terms & Conditions ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly for everyone. By joining or continuing your membership, booking classes, or attending sessions, you agree to the following.

1Membership & Payments

Commitment Periods

Choose either a 3-month or 12-month initial term. After this, memberships continue on a rolling 28-day basis.

Payment Frequency

Payments are taken every 4 weeks from your membership start date. Full-year upfront options are available - receive the 14th cycle free.

Failed Payments

We'll contact you promptly if a payment fails. Repeated non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

Membership Price Increases

From 1st March 2026, members finishing their 12-month commitment will move onto the current standard rates of £69/month (12-month commitment) or £79/month (rolling membership), if they are not already on these rates.

Members still within their 12-month commitment will continue to pay their agreed rate until their 12 months are complete. The new pricing will apply from the end of their commitment.

Annual Price Review (from 2027)

From 1st March 2027, all membership prices will increase by 5% annually.

  • If a member is out of commitment on 1st March in any given year, the 5% increase applies from that date.
  • If a member is still within their 12-month commitment on 1st March, the 5% increase applies at the end of their commitment.

This ensures all members receive a full 12 months at their agreed rate before any price change takes effect.

2Cancelling Your Membership

To cancel a membership, members must give notice at least one full membership cycle (payment period) in advance.

If notice is given midway through a payment cycle, one final full membership payment will be taken on the usual billing date, and the member may continue attending classes until the end of that cycle (28 days from that payment).

No pro-rata payments will be offered, and cancellations cannot be backdated.

If you are still within your 12-month commitment, cancellation can only take effect from the end of that commitment - unless you choose to exit early by paying 50% of the remaining membership fees.

Exceptions: At our discretion for serious injury, pregnancy, or relocation.

3Pausing Your Membership

Standard Pause

One pause allowed every 12 months with 28 days' notice. The first 28 days are free; further time is charged at £15/month.

Exceptional Pause

Medical, pregnancy, or injury-related pauses are permitted. Pause time extends the commitment period.

Membership Spot

Your membership place is guaranteed during a pause, but recurring bookings may not be held.
