Each Class holds a maximum of 8 people.
BARRE CLASSES
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Ballet and body conditioning. A challenging class that promises to tone and shape the legs and bum, whilst strengthening and toning the arms and tummy. As someone that trained in Ballet from the age of 3 to professional qualification level Emma is extremely excited about bringing these classes to the studio.
