STEP 1: BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
Use the form on this page to book a time that works for you for a short introductory call. We’ll call you promptly at that time to get to know you better, answer any questions you have, and provide you with all of the information you need to see if we are a great fit.
STEP 2: COME IN FOR AN INDUCTION
After our phone call if you feel we are right for you, We'll invite you in for an induction. We want to get to know you and ensure that you have the basics of the Pilates technique under your belt before attending a group class, this is why we insist on this step. It's also a great opportunity for you to visit the studio, and see how we run things before you sign up to a membership. The induction lasts for 90 minutes and will be with up to 5 other people. The cost is £30 for this session.
TRY US OUT BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO A MEMBERSHIP
You will have the opportunity to purchase an Intro Offer during your call, which includes the 90-minute Induction, plus 4 group classes (to be taken in a 3 week period), for £75 when booked together.
You may prefer to do the induction on it's own first, then add the intro offer on after your induction, to do this is £55.
STEP 3: CHOOSE THE PROGRAM FOR YOU
Our services are designed to work for everybody, whether you are new to the technique or have had many years of practice before joining us. We offer classes of no more than 12 participants and promise you will never be just a face in the crowd.
Our memberships offer a choice of 1, 2, or 3 classes a week, or unlimited zoom access. Simply select the option that works best for your requirements and we can get you set up as soon as you're ready to get to classes.
