What happens to my class credits when I go on holiday?

Good news: they don't vanish.

Your class credits are attached to your 28-day membership period, but they roll over for a further 14 days beyond the end of that period. So if your holiday crosses the end of a period, you've got a two-week buffer to use those credits when you're back, rather than watching them disappear while you're on a beach.

The one job you have before you travel: cancel any booked classes at least 12 hours ahead, through the Momence app. That returns the credits to your account so they're there waiting for you. If classes are left booked and unattended, those credits are used, that's the waiting-list fairness rule, not us being mean.

For a longer trip, it's worth a bit of strategy. You can book up to 8 weeks ahead, so using a few extra credits before you go, or in the fortnight after you return, keeps everything tidy. And if you're away for a month or more, drop us a message and we'll work out the sensible option together.
