Once your induction is done, you're ready to start classes properly, and we'll help you hit the ground running.
Before you leave, we'll recommend which classes on the timetable suit your body and your goals, whether that's our gentler sessions to build confidence, classic mat classes, or something stronger. You'll get set up on our booking app, Momence, so you can see the timetable and book your first classes straight from your phone.
If you came in on the £79 intro offer, your next step is simply using your included classes over your first month. This is deliberately designed as a settling-in period. Try different class times, different styles, in-studio and Zoom, and find the rhythm that fits your life. There's no pressure to commit to anything beyond it.
After your intro month, most people move onto one of our memberships, which gives you a set number of classes each month at a better per-class rate. Some prefer to stay pay-as-you-go, and that's fine too. If you find a regular slot you love, a recurring booking saves you money and guarantees your mat.
The most important thing: you're not on your own once the induction ends. Your instructor will know your name, your body and your goals from day one, and we'll keep checking in as you settle in. Questions are always welcome, before class, after class, or any time in between.
