What happens if I need to miss a class?
In this article
Life happens, kids, work, trains, the occasional day where you simply cannot. Here's exactly how it works.
If you cancel a class with at least 12 hours' notice, your credit comes straight back to your account and you can book something else. You do it yourself in the Momence app in about ten seconds, no phone calls, no explaining yourself.
And you don't lose credits at the end of your 28-day period either, because they roll over for a further 14 days beyond the end of the period. So a missed week doesn't mean a lost class, it just means your credits stretch a little further.
One important part: less than 12 hours' notice, or a no-show, and the credit is used. We know that sounds strict, but classes are capped at 12 and there's almost always a waiting list. A late-cancelled space is a class someone else could have had, so the rule keeps things fair for everyone.
The other option worth remembering: if you can't get to the studio but you're free, jump on the Zoom version of the class instead. Every class has one. A class from your living room beats a lost credit every time.
