What if I can't stick with it?
In this article
Fair question, especially if your history includes a gym membership that got used four times and a yoga DVD still in its wrapper.
Here's what we've learned after 13 years: people don't stick with exercise because they're disciplined. They stick with it because it's convenient, because they feel better when they do it, and because they'd be missed if they stopped. So that's what we've built.
Convenient: classes run seven days a week, every class is also on Zoom, and if life gets in the way you can do a session from your kitchen. Booking is easy through Momence, and recurring bookings mean your spot is yours.
Feel better: most people notice a difference within a few weeks, less stiffness, better sleep, more energy. That early feedback is what turns "I should go" into "I want to go."
Missed if you stopped: this is the secret weapon. Small classes mean we know you. If you disappear for a couple of weeks, someone notices, and it's usually the other members, not just us. Members describe this place as feeling like a family, and families notice when you don't show up.
And if you do drift, there's no shame in drifting back. Plenty of our most consistent members started, stopped, and started again. The mat doesn't hold a grudge.
