How will I manage as a beginner?

Better than you think, because we've built the whole experience around exactly this question.
You won't be thrown into a class cold. Everyone starts with a 90-minute induction, just 6 people, where we teach you the foundations properly: the breathing, the positions, the language, the basic exercises. By the time you walk into your first real class, nothing will be completely unfamiliar.
In class, you're never left to figure things out alone. Every exercise is demonstrated and talked through clearly, and every single one starts at the foundation version. You simply stay at that level for as long as you want. Weeks, months, forever. All fine. And because classes are capped at 12, your instructor will spot the moment you look unsure and be beside you before you've even had to ask.
The other members help too, without even trying. The average age here is over 50, most people started as complete beginners, and the atmosphere is famously warm. Members describe it as feeling like a family. Someone will show you where the mats live. Someone will chat to you before class. Within a few weeks, you'll be the one reassuring the next nervous newcomer.
Managing as a beginner isn't about being fit or confident. It's about having the right support around you, and that bit is entirely our job.
