Can I do a trial class?
In this article
Yes, sort of, but let me explain why we do it slightly differently, because it's actually better for you.
We don't offer a single drop-in trial class, because one class tells you almost nothing about Pilates. Your first session is usually a blur of new words, new positions and "am I doing this right?" You'd leave without any real sense of whether it works for you.
Instead, the £79 Intro Offer is our version of a proper trial. You get the 90-minute induction, maximum 6 people, where you learn the foundations without any pressure, followed by 4 real classes from the main timetable. By the end of those 5 sessions you've genuinely experienced Pilates: different instructors, different class styles, enough time for your body to start responding. That's a trial with actual information in it.
And it's a trial with a guarantee. Attend all 5 sessions and if you decide it's not for you, we refund the £79. So it really is risk-free.
If you'd just like a £25 induction on its own to dip a toe in, that's fine too. Inductions run every other Tuesday evening and one Saturday a month, and the £25 comes off if you upgrade to the Intro Offer afterwards.
