What's your cancellation policy?

Here it is in plain English, because policies shouldn't need a law degree.

Classes: cancel with at least 12 hours' notice and your credit returns to your account to use another time. Cancel with less than 12 hours, or don't show up, and the credit is used. That rule exists because classes are capped at 12 and there's usually a waiting list, a late cancellation is a space another member could have had.

Credits: if you don't use all your class credits within your 28-day period, they roll over for a further 14 days beyond the end of it. After that they expire, so plan your holidays and busy weeks with that window in mind.

Memberships: 30 days' notice to cancel, any time, no exit fees, no awkward conversations. The 12-month plans run for their agreed term first, that's how the lower rate works, and the 3-month rolling plans are flexible after their initial period.
